Terms & Conditions of Sale and Delivery – Hairucation AB

These terms apply to all sales from Hairucation AB (556928-2139) to business customers (B2B). We do not sell to consumers/private individuals.

1. General

Hairucation AB is the exclusive reseller of Y.S.PARK Professional in Sweden and the exclusive distributor of FastFoils in all Nordic countries, including Iceland.

Sales are made via our webshop, mobile applications, or by specific agreement.

By completing an order or entering into a separate agreement, the customer accepts these terms. Hairucation AB reserves the right for any typographical errors, out-of-stock items, or technical issues on the website.

2. Prices and Fees

Prices are stated in the local currency of each country.

For customers in Sweden, prices are shown excluding VAT, which will be added according to current legislation (25%).

For business customers in the other Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Iceland), purchases are invoiced without VAT, provided that a valid company/VAT number is supplied at the time of ordering. If a correct VAT number is not provided, Hairucation AB reserves the right to charge Swedish VAT or cancel the order.

The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase in the checkout.
Hairucation AB reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.
Any shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

3. Orders and Agreement

Orders are placed via the website, mobile applications, or by separate agreement.
A binding agreement is entered into only once Hairucation AB has confirmed the order by email. 

4. Payment Terms

Payment is made via Shopify Payments (credit card) unless otherwise agreed.

For invoice payments, terms are 10 days net following approved credit assessment.
In the event of late payment, statutory interest and reminder fees will be charged.

5. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days.

Deliveries are made as follows:

  • PostNord Varubrev for shipments up to 0.8 kg.
  • DHL for shipments over 0.8 kg.
  • Scissors are always delivered with DHL, regardless of weight.

Risk for the goods passes to the customer when the goods have been delivered in accordance with the carrier’s terms (delivered to mailbox, left at the door, collected at a service point, or signed for upon home delivery).

Uncollected shipments will be charged a fee of SEK 250 to cover shipping and administrative costs.

6. Complaints

Defective or damaged products must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of receipt.

The complaint must include:

  • Order number
  • Invoice number
  • Product article number/title

Returns may only be made after the complaint has been approved and according to the instructions provided by Hairucation AB. Returns sent with COD (Cash on Delivery) or similar will not be accepted.

For approved complaints, the customer may choose between:

  • A replacement product free of charge
  • A price reduction
  • Cancelling the purchase with a refund

7. Limitation of Liability

Hairucation AB is not liable for indirect costs such as lost profits or production downtime.
Our liability is always limited to the amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

Exceptions apply if the damage has been caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of Hairucation AB, or if otherwise required by mandatory law.

8. Personal Data

Hairucation AB processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. Read more in our [Privacy Policy].

9. Amendments to Terms

These terms apply until further notice. Hairucation AB reserves the right to amend the terms, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

10. Disputes

Swedish law applies to all agreements and purchases.
Disputes shall be settled by Swedish general courts, with Blekinge District Court as the court of first instance.
